1) Acceptance of terms
By accessing or purchasing from YOLO 8 Meats you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be the age of majority in your state to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
3) Products, food safety & natural variation
Our products are raw/perishable meats. Meat weights are approximate and natural variations in marbling, trimming and shape will occur. Images are illustrative and may differ from delivered items. Always handle and cook to safe internal temperatures (e.g., ground beef 160°F / 71°C).
4) Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline at our discretion (including quantity limits or geographic restrictions). Orders may not be modified/cancelled once processed for shipment. Purchases are for personal use only, not for resale unless expressly authorized in writing.
5) Prices, taxes & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, and other fees. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
6) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
We ship Mon–Wed (cut‑off 12:00 p.m. CT) to protect freshness. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Packages are packed in insulated boxes with gel packs and/or dry ice; partial thawing can occur. If contents are cold to the touch, they may be refrigerated or re‑frozen.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon the carrier’s delivery scan. Please plan to retrieve promptly. Signature is not required by default; contact us before shipping if you need Signature Required (fees may apply).

7) Returns, refunds & replacements (perishables)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept physical returns once an order has shipped.
We may, at our discretion, refund or replace items that arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, or if a delay is caused by our error.
To request help, contact support@yolo8meats.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan with your order number and photos of the label, outer box, insulation and contents. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks may take 5–10 business days to post funds.

8) Address accuracy, undeliverable & fees
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for spoilage or loss due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, refused or unclaimed deliveries, or inability to receive the package. Carrier re‑routing or address‑correction fees may apply.
9) Availability & substitutions
All orders are subject to availability. We may discontinue items at any time. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer options (delay, substitute of equal/greater value, or refund).
10) Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and materials on our site are owned by YOLO 8 Meats or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
11) Third‑party services & Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with YOLO 8 Meats; Shopify is not a party to your transaction and has no liability arising from your purchases.
12) Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; those limitations may not apply to you.
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOLO 8 Meats (and our officers, employees, agents, and service providers) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOLO 8 Meats from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our products or site.
15) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in Texas.
16) Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
